Project Team Members Participated in the Srce DEI 2026 Conference
Members of the research team of the project Interactive Learning: Digital Competencies for Innovative Culture (iL-DC4IC), Prof. Ljerka Luić, PhD, and Matija Kučić, participated in this year’s edition of the Srce DEI Conference, dedicated to the digital transformation of education, research, and innovation.
During the conference, they attended a series of lectures and workshops related to the concepts of open science, open research infrastructures and the development of digital competencies in higher education. Particular interest was focused on thematic sessions related to the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC), research data infrastructures and models of open access to scientific results.
As part of the conference programme, they participated in the two-part lecture “All Faces of Open Science”, a thematic session dedicated to disruptive technologies in education, as well as the workshops “Visualization of Research Data in Python” and “From E-Infrastructure to AI Factory Model: A New Generation of Research Platforms”.
Participation in the conference was particularly significant for the further development of iL-DC4IC project activities related to open science, the project e-repository, research data management and the development of digital methodologies in research and education.
The Srce DEI 2026 Conference brought together experts in higher education, science, and information technologies with the aim of exchanging experiences and examples of good practice in the field of digital transformation of the academic environment.
The iL-DC4IC project is focused on the research of interactive learning, digital competences and innovative approaches to culture, with an emphasis on interdisciplinarity, the development of digital methodologies and the connection of education, technology and creative industries.
